Dream Girl has years of experience and has spent years educating herself on details needed to sell a home.
Selling a home isn't very easy. Putting up a For Sale sign and expecting buyers to flood your door step doesn't happen. It takes a very specific Marketing Plan designed for your type of home and community. Believe it or not, selling a home requires a detail planning. When I look at a home, it's not just the inside of the home that is reviewed. It's the neighborhood, outlying community, curb appeal of the home and immediate neighborhood. It's also the demographics of the immediate area. Only after these items are surveyed, does the actual home style and condition play a part.
Put yourself in a buyers shoes. You will need to commute through a community and neighborhood to get to your home. How does it look? Are schools close by? How far is the grocery store or local shopping? What does your neighborhood look like? Are the homes well kept? Are the homes all about the same age and style or are they a range of personalities? What is the average homeowner? Are they a senior? Families? These answers will define your target buyers and then a marketing plan can be created.
I'm so glad you decided to take a peek.
Sincerely,
